DNS Cloud hosting products include a safety net for the customer. At DNS Cloud we focus on our customers, so every product purchased from DNS Cloud hosting includes a satisfaction guarantee. The satisfaction guarantee entitles DNS Cloud customers to a full refund if they are not satisfied within 14 days of purchasing the service. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can get a refund for the services purchased.

The refund does not apply to internet address (domain) registration, payment for over-usage, or payment for service setup.

The 14-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to internet address (domain) registration, nor to website building or website design services. After purchasing an internet address (domain), the purchase cannot be cancelled.

A product/service cannot be cancelled after the satisfaction guarantee period.

Cancelling a service/product when the customer received a gift with the order

DNS Cloud gives customers a bonus gift when purchasing a product for a 12-month service period paid in advance. The gift varies from product to product. If the customer received a gift and wishes to cancel the service within the satisfaction period, the value of the gift and the cost of shipping to the customer's address will be deducted from the refund.
